Dr Pierre Thibodeau présente de manière originale deux situations qui méritent sérieux et attention : celles des couples discordants désirant un enfant d’une part, et celle de la prophylaxie post-exposition d’autre part. Dr Thibodeau aborde les indications de la PPE selon l’état sérologique de la source et le mode de contamination éventuelle, la thérapie prophylactique de référence, le suivi sérologique de la personne exposée et enfin son nécessaire accompagnement psychologique.
